1.1 This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products and services purchased through the Genuine People website.

2.1 Downloadable items, including but not limited to e-books, templates, and other digital content, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2.2 By purchasing and downloading these items, you acknowledge that they cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.
3. Consulting Services
3.1 Refund requests for consulting services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3.2 If you are dissatisfied with a consulting service, please contact us at enquries@genuinepeople.org within 14 days of the service delivery to discuss your concerns.
3.3 Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Genuine People Consulting and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
